Agatha was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome with her warm personality and genuine smile. She is incredibly friendly, outgoing, and has a way of making every guest feel like a regular. Her service was attentive, fast, and she made fantastic recommendations. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Agatha turned a great night into an unforgettable one. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your bartender, you’re in for an exceptional experience. She is truly one of the best!

I had a fantastic experience at Blaze Restaurant. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Agatha, the bartender, who made the visit even better with her friendly personality and exceptional service. She made one of the best Tito's and ginger ale drinks I've ever had—perfectly balanced and refreshing. If you're staying at the hotel or looking for a great place to enjoy a meal and drinks, I highly recommend Blaze. Thanks again to Agatha and the entire team for a memorable experience. I'll definitely be back! 🍹

We had dinner at Blaze last night. Our party of 6 selected this restaurant last minute out of the blue because we were in the area and were hungry. The food was excellent, especially the margarita flatbread (with a unique slightly smokey flavor)and the arugula salad with grilled chicken. But we were thrilled with the outstanding service from our waitress, Agatha! She was just the right amount of friendly, quick and efficient! We will definitely stop by this restaurant againwhen we're in the area.

Blaze is one of the best hotel restaurants we’ve ever been to as we travel often. Chef Mike is fantastic and his food is delicious! Agatha, our server & bartender is very personable and great with recommendations. My salmon dish was so good, I didn’t leave a morsel behind. The salmon had a nice crust and the glaze is chef’s kiss! My husband’s chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. It was juicy and had a wonderful sauce on it. The French fries were sooooooo crispy and good. We were greeted by a nice gentleman and sat immediately. Our server came over after a wee bit of waiting. Chef Mike and the gentleman that sat us brought our meals out. Everyone was very accommodating. We enjoyed our dinners and will be back tomorrow. The only complaint would be how loud the music initially was but it was turned down minutes after sitting. The ambiance is very nice.
